Cynthia Garza is a Hearing Instrument Specialist. She is originally from Laredo, Texas. Cynthia has over 21 years’ experience in healthcare as a dedicated professional. She began working in the hearing industry in 2018 and was drawn to their profession because she enjoys working with people of all ages, learning new skills and helping her community.
What Cynthia loves most about helping save hearing lives is making that personal connection with her patients. She strives to go above and beyond to exceed patient care by paying close attention to everyday detail in the delivery of patient services.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Cynthia enjoys practicing various styles of yoga, maintain a healthy life style and spending time with her family.
Stephanie Pulido

Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2022. She has a passion for providing exceptional service to her community and for assisting patients with their hearing difficulties.
When not helping save hearing lives, Stephanie enjoys time spending quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new cities, taking in the sights and culture each place has to offer.
Blanca Arriaga
Patient Services Coordinator
I was born and raised in McAllen Texas. I am a bilingual audio technician at Newsound Hearing in our McAllen location. I am fairly new to Newsound Hearing started in September of 2022. I was drawn to this profession because hearing is the key to a happy life and is important in everyday living. What I love about my job is seeing patients leave our clinic so happy and thankful we have helped their hearing. I also love that Newsound Hearing has many location across the country and we are able to help our winter Texans with any issues or concerns they may have with their hearing aids while visiting.
Outside of saving hearing lives I enjoy walks in the park enjoying nature and watching my children play.
